Service Description

A comprehensive 10-session package designed to empower clients to take charge of their emotional well-being and overcome any emotional blockages that may be holding them back in life. During our one-on-one session, we will have a focused discussion on any specific areas of your life where you feel emotionally stuck and unable to progress towards your goals and desires. Additionally, we can explore any physical discomforts you may be experiencing that you wish to address. Using the Emotion Code technique, we will then work together to identify and release 5-10 trapped emotions that may be contributing to these challenges. This session is typically completed within 30-45 minutes, allowing for a quick and effective approach to resolving emotional blockages. After each session you will receive a written report and recording of all energy imbalances released and/or cleared in the session, including suggestions about the best way to support yourself as your body processes the energy release.
