Trying out The Emotion Code with a practitioner for the first time can be an eye-opening and freeing experience. It's like unpacking a heavy suitcase full of emotional baggage that you've been carrying around for years. During the session, the practitioner will help you identify and release any trapped emotions that may be contributing to mental, emotional, or physical issues you may be experiencing. You might feel a sense of relief and release as the emotions are acknowledged and released. As a result, clients have reported feeling more centered, grounded, and better able to navigate their relationships and day-to-day life with more ease. During our one-on-one session, we will have a focused discussion on any specific areas of your life where you feel emotionally stuck and unable to progress towards your goals and desires. Additionally, we can explore any physical discomforts you may be experiencing that you wish to address. Using the Emotion Code technique, we will then work together to identify and release 5-10 trapped emotions that may be contributing to these challenges. This session is typically completed within 30-45 minutes, allowing for a quick and effective approach to resolving emotional blockages. After each session you will receive a written report and recording of all energy imbalances released and/or cleared in the session, including suggestions about the best way to support yourself as your body processes the energy release.
