What a wonderful event. We were able to host for the Divine Feminine Day Retreat and it was such a blast, sharing the sacred space with such wonderful women.

It was about truly about learning to anybody, both the divine feminine, and masculine energies in order to live in alignment with ourselves.

Often times, we tend to place others needs before our own at the expense of having no energy to refill our energetic cup.

Today I came across a book titled “The Wound Makes the Medicine.” I felt drawn to snap a picture of it, and when I looked at my phone, the time was 4:44.

Spiritually, 444 is a sign of divine protection, guidance, and alignment. It’s often seen as a reminder that you’re supported, that angels are near, and that you’re exactly where you need to be.

It was such a gentle nudge reminding me how the divine speaks.

After flying ✈️ from Argentina to Ecuador, my husband and I decided to take on a hike at 16,000 feet.

Halfway through, altitude sickness hit me hard.
