Service Description

The Body Code is an energy healing modality that aims to identify and release potential energetic root causes of mental, emotional, and physical concerns. Its primary focus is on freeing trapped emotions, also known as unresolved negative emotional energies that may have become lodged in the body from past emotional experiences. By identifying and releasing these emotional blockages, individuals may experience relief from their symptoms and regain a greater sense of emotional and physical well-being. During our one-on-one session, we will have a focused discussion on any specific areas of your life where you feel emotionally stuck and unable to progress towards your goals and desires. Additionally, we can explore any physical discomforts you may be experiencing that you wish to address. Using the Body Code technique, we will then work together to identify and release 10 or more trapped energies that may be contributing to these challenges. This session is typically completed within 60 minutes, allowing for a quick and effective approach to resolving emotional blockages. After each session you will receive a written report and recording of all energy imbalances released and/or cleared in the session, including suggestions about the best way to support yourself as your body processes the energy release.
