The Body Code is a holistic healing system that helps identify and release imbalances in the body, mind, and spirit. 1. Do I need to be in person for a Body Code session?
Nope! Sessions are done remotely, and they’re just as powerful. Energy doesn’t need a physical location — wild but true. You can be cozied up at home and still receive deep healing.
2. What does a session actually look like?
We’ll connect (usually on Zoom), I’ll ask your subconscious some questions using muscle testing, and together we’ll identify what’s ready to be released. You might feel lighter, more grounded, or just… different (in a good way!).
3. Do I need to believe in energy healing for this to work?
Not at all. Your body already knows what it needs — I’m just the translator. All you need is a little curiosity and openness. The results often speak for themselves.
4. How many sessions will I need?
That totally depends on what you’re working through. Some people feel big shifts after just one session, while others choose to go deeper with a series. We can talk about what feels right for you.
5. Will I feel anything during or after?
Some people feel emotional release, a wave of calm, or even physical sensations. Others feel super chill or even nothing at all — but the energy is still doing its thing behind the scenes. You’ll always leave with more awareness.
6. Can this replace therapy or medical treatment?
The Body Code is a powerful complement to other healing modalities but isn’t a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Think of it as another layer of support for your whole being.
